Many people often find themselves looking for t shirt printing facilities where they can get custom designs printed on their t-shirts. What most of the people do not know is that the cost of t-shirt printing is constant up to a certain number. This is because the cost of making the screen for the design is quite high. Therefore it becomes cheaper to have a bulk order since the same screen can be used to print many t-shirts. Multi colour printing is more expensive as different screens are used for application of each colour. However, most companies will give the overall cost of printing as one charge since they cannot be applied separately. This is a good way since customers need to have the overall cost in order to help their budget purposes instead of giving different quotes for every task. It is cheaper to have fewer colours but that should not stop you from getting the design of desire.

Ok when the economy gets better, I want to start a T-Shirt and Card printing business. The one thing I’ve been worrying about is, what’s the estimated amount of ink will it take? Does T-Shirt printing take up a lot of ink? If so is there anyway we can conserve it when making T-Shirt designs?
I’m not talking mass production. I wanted to know how much it would cost to add a design I created for a t-shirt.
What are the normal prices?
Does anyone know legit places where they do
t-shirt print outs around the Los Angeles area?
The tee will have designs on front and back.
I need a supplier to print around 30 t-shirts and the cost of each t-shirt have to be lesser than $10!
Okay so I want to start up a small clothing line, design some T-Shirts and print them all from home without having to go through a printing company.
I know that I will need as a minimum a heat press and all the software for printing etc.
And also I had no idea which category to put this in so link anyone that may be able to help here thanks
What I need to know is the following:
What are the different types of pressing? I know there is sublimation printing or you can heat press vinyl onto the shirt but what is best? Are there any more methods?
What would I need to buy to get me up and running? Just the vinyl and heat press it on? Or do I need all sorts of different transfer film and what are they for?
Basically researching has confused me completely and I need help!!! Thank you all!
Like what are typical costs for equipment and how much does printing the T Shirts cost? Can’t find this on the Internet, thanks.
I’ve used CafePress before to print various T-shirt designs just for myself, but now I’m wanting to try to sell other T-shirts I’ve designed, but the markup on CafePress is a bit more than I want to have to charge customers and be able to make a few dollars myself. Any suggestions on other sites that are fairly inexpensive for per-piece T-shirt printing?

If I buy my own equipment for t-shirt printing – should I screen print or get a hot press for transfers.
How is the cost worked out?
I’ve never had a T-shirt printed before and don’t really know how it works.
