I recently lost my job due to my lack of skills in customer service. Apparently i got a complaint that i appeared unhappy, unresponsive and ignorant of a customer. I need to be more attentive but i lose focus very easily. I need to look and be happy at work, but I’m relatively unhappy everywhere. How can i get better at customer service?
I need to replace tires on my 99 mitsubishir RS coupe. I went to sams club website and saw the prices were from 50$ to 90$ per tire.
1. How should i find out which one should i choose ? I am looking for something not so expensive but of decent quality. are these supposed to have warranties? then what kind of warranties?
2. how much would the labour roughly cost me including the wheel balancing

My “98 Honda Civic EX (manual) is making noises when I let off the clutch giving it gas. It is a sort of grinding sound / squeeky untiil it it starts moving. This happens in either cold or hot weather. It also happens when the car is warmed up… It seem to be getting worse! What could the problem be? Is it the clutch going out? Fluid problem? Thanks in advance for giving your expertise on this issue!!
Note: There is 120,000 miles on the car. I put a new timing belt, spark plugs, rotor, distributor cap and wires to spark plugs very recently. I want to keep this car running in top shape for at least another 5 years plus…

I am building an e-commerce site and I have most aspects set. But a big problem is customer service. I have a day job and can’t take calls regarding my own business at work. What service or solution can I use to address this. I need customer service and order taking but really only need one person since it will be slow at first.
I thought maybe a virtual assistant or indian call center. But those are expensive.
Any suggestions? Thank you.
We just had a brand new Trane oil furnace installed five weeks ago for $11,000 and everything was going fine until this morning at around 6:00 when it actually woke me up. The fan runs just fine, but the furnace itself now makes an odd whining noise and I hear it “kick” several times like it’s having a hard time staying on. We had our 275 gallon oil tank filled the first day the tech turned it on so I know it’s not out of fuel as we keep it at 68-70 degrees. We’ll call first thing in the morning, but what do you think the problem might be?
It only kicks and whines when the furnace is running. It whines through each entire run and kicks every 20-30 seconds or so. The fan on the other hand sounds absolutely fine. When the fan comes on after the furnace kicks off, it sounds exactly like it did before the trouble started this morning.
I have a 1990 Chevy 1/2 ton (vin code Z) with a 4.3 TBI and 4L60 trans. Can I swap for a later model balance shaft engine? Do I need to worry about the manifolds, belt drive pullies, sensors, motor mounts, flex plate, transmission or anything else? And can the donor engine be out of an S-10? Any other suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

. I work an international customer service line and we are always angry with callers from India because they constantly interrupt us as we answering their questions. You can’t get two words out of your mouth before they interrupt you again and again. Very annoying. We would like to think this is just a cultural difference.. .

I just replaced the drive belt on our washing machine, but the new belt is loose. The motor has springs under it, and the belt that goes to the pump can be tightened by sliding the pump over and tightening the bolts, but there is no way to tighten the drive belt this way. The washer works fine on the spin cycle, but when it tries to agitate, the belt smokes a LOT.
I have a 96 Honda Civic EX and my exhaust manifold is cracked, needs a new timing belt, new clutch and flex pipe? What in the hell would cause to putter>?

Flapping noise goes away And returns. Occasionally it’s in the right rear!
I’ve seen these ab toning belts on tv that supposedly flex your abs for you. Has anyone tried them? Do they really work?
